Please note to those with a very severe corn allergy that a small amount of Xanthan Gum is used in the bread mixes. We advise you to make your decision to eat the bread carefully, considering the following statement based on the process used in the manufacturing of Xanthan Gum. Xanthan Gum is derived from the fermentation of corn sugars, all corn sugars are removed in the processing of Xanthan Gum. The Xanthan Gum used in the bread mixes contains no corn protein and is considered to be corn-free, so please eat the bread only if you feel this is of no risk to you.
